These Wyncs are supposed to be a vehicle to demonstrate the sync web in action. I set out with these posts intending them to be bigger than tweets and smaller than a full-blown post.
I've not been able to stick to the mandate. I'm not sweating it at all, however I will try to make this one by the book.
So it's only apt that Jake Kotze is a feature of this the 27th wync here at PRR. Jake being the 1 adding 27 into the sync mix for me. In fact, I recall 27 coming into prominence when Jake was visiting his homeland of South Africa during December 2009 and early 2010. As the World Cup is being hosted in SA right now this adds a bit of extra to this vibe.
These recalls are Twitter recalls I am sure. As this is meant to be a quick post I will not go digging for links. Checking my last post and following its linking to The Sync Whole's monster post "War of the World Cup" will link you to Jake's post from December 2009 where he visited Soccer City prior to its completion.
Although things have moved along as they do at TSW, I thought that I'd capture this collection of wyncs.
The Sync Whole's "Mr. Smith goes to Jupiter" speaks for itself when it comes to sync translation awesomeness.
Here's a good depiction of one in awe of the TV like we are of the CPU:
Another old tweet I put out there links TV with 42 by adding the 20th letter of the alphabet with the 22nd. And I attempted running a Google search for the above image landed National Lampoon Pucked as the top result. Please...
Anyway, back to the task at hand...
"Mr. Smith goes to Jupiter" finishes off with a couple of awesome dove pics, one of which is this:
It is another depiction of the same image I posted here June 3rd:
What got me was Strange Eye's response to Toure in the comments section of "Mr. Smith goes to Jupiter":
... and by extension mine as well! So here's a big THANK YOU 2U (2x21) my friend
Just to help with the catch-up, my June 3rd post was my 42nd post here and it was titled "Wync00026 - You two, Silver & Gold" and all it is is a pasting of the lyrics to U2's epic Jupiterian track "Silver and Gold".
Peace
